- Body movement & posture data — joint angles, range of motion measurements, movement patterns captured via your device camera
- Pain score data — self-reported pain ratings you enter during check-ins
- Recovery progress data — daily progress metrics, rehabilitation milestones, improvement trends
- Physical performance data — exercise quality scores, form assessments generated by AI analysis
This data is used exclusively to provide you with personalised fitness and rehabilitation guidance. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for any purpose outside the Flestra platform.
C) Camera Data
Flestra uses your device camera to perform AI-powered movement analysis (pose estimation). Camera data is:
- Processed on-device in real time for pose estimation
- Not recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers as raw video or images
- Used solely to generate movement metrics (joint angles, rep counts, form scores) which are then stored as numerical data

f you are linked to a physiotherapist on the Flestra platform, your progress data (exercise completion, joint angle trends, pain scores) will be visible to your assigned physiotherapist for remote monitoring purposes

To securely process subscriptions and purchases.

To send updates, service notifications, and respond to support requests.
✔ Analytics & Research
To understand usage patterns and improve platform performance. Health data is not used for general analytics

If you are enrolled in a clinical programme, your assigned physiotherapist can view your exercise and progress data through the Flestra Physio Dashboard

✔ For Legal Compliance
If required by law or to protect rights, safety, or respond to legal requests
✔ Business Transfers

Request full deletion by contacting us at info@flestra.com. Health and exercise data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Certain data may be retained to meet legal obligations.You can also delete your Login or data using Delete Account in App settings
✔ Withdraw Consent for Camera
You may revoke camera permission at any time via your device settings. Note that AI movement tracking features will not function without camera access.
5. DATA RETENTION
- Personal account data is retained for as long as your account is active
- Health & fitness data (exercise sessions, pain scores, movement metrics) is retained for up to 3 years to enable long-term progress tracking, or until you request deletion
- Camera-processed data (raw frames) is not stored — only the resulting movement metrics are retained

We take data protection seriously and implement safeguards such as:
- Encryption during data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Access controls for authorized personnel only
- Secure cloud storage practices
- Data retention policies limiting how long information is stored
